TASA Membership

Our new membership information is below:

TASA MEMBERSHIP

Terms and Conditions

  • Eligibility: People who are 18 years old or older, pay the yearly membership fee, and fill out the membership form are eligible to receive a membership card.
  • Application process: The member must fill out the membership form and pay the membership fee after the announcement made by TASA. The Management Community will create membership cards and send them out as soon as all the applications are received.
  • Validity: The Annual Membership is valid for twelve months, from 28 February 2025 to 28 February 2026. The validity period will be clearly indicated on each membership card. New members will receive a card with the same validity period, regardless of when they join.
  • Fees: The Annual Membership Fee for the term of 2025-2026 is decided to be $40 per *family (*family is described as two adults and child/children under 18 years old).
  • Benefits:
    • Members receive discounts on goods and services from the businesses below.
    • Members can be candidates and vote in elections organised by TASA.

 

  • Usage of TASA Membership Card:
  • TASA members must present their membership cards in person to claim the discount for goods or services.
  • In separate payments, the discount applies only to the person who holds the card. A member can receive a group discount together with their partner and children under 18. If the bill or expenses are shared with others, only the member and their immediate family, if applicable, are eligible for the discount.
  • Members can’t receive discounts by showing two cards.
  • The businesses are not allowed to change the agreed discount percentage.
  • Only registered members have the right to vote in the TASA elections. Family members who wish to vote must pay their own membership fee.
  • Termination: Membership fees are not refundable.

The managing committee may resolve to warn, suspend or expel a member from the association if the managing committee consider that:

  • the member has breached the constitution or
  • the member’s behaviour is causing, has caused, or is likely to cause harm to the association.
  • Changes to terms and conditions: The terms and conditions may change if all members of the managing committee decide to do so.
  • Lost Cards: Members who lost their card must inform the TASA Management Committee immediately for a renewal.
  • Privacy policy: All information collected by TASA is kept confidential and used solely for membership purposes.
